Odaiko no Yakata

At Odaiko no Yakata (literally “Big Drum Hall”), you can see the World’ largest taiko drum (diameter 3.71 m, length 4.32 m, weight 3 tonnes) for real. You can see other six large drums with a diameter of over 2 meters at the hall too. You will be overwhelmed by the impressive presentations of these drums. Around 140 drums collected from 40 countries in the world are displayed at the world’s drum museum located in the same building. You can try not only Japanese taiko but also those drums from various countries.
